How to register on this website

We made the registration process very easy and fast. Create a PRO account today and enjoy instant discounts in all services and unique features

Register

Option A: Register your account using the details of your Facebook account in few clics. You can also link your Facebook account later if you would like to.
Option B: Register an account by using the standard procedure and fill your personnal informations

  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your phone number with international area code (You can receive notifications by sms)
  5. Enter your password
  6. Confirm your password
  7. Select your country
  8. Enter your company name (leave blank if empty)
  9. Enter a special message or informations related to your account
  10. Click CREATE ACCOUNT button when you are done.
You will receive a confirmation by email. Please make sure you add our email address to your white contacts list and make sure our mails does not go to spam folder.

My account | Cancel a job request when the delay is over

We finally implemented a important features to be able to cancel requests if the delay is over.

For exemple if you submit a request that require 48 hours to receive the reply from suppliers and for some reasons the supplier is not able to deliver the service in time, simply go to your DASHBOARD, then you will see a new button appears Cancel Request in red color. Once you click the cancel button, your canceling request will be sent to our supplier and he will have very few instant to reply. Or he can deliver the service RIGHT NOW or he needs to cancel it RIGHT NOW. The cancel button will appears ONLY if the delay of the solution is OVER.

For exemple if you request Unlock Code for UK O2 All iPhones (delivery time is 24H) you will be able to cancel your request as soon as the 24h delay is over following the date of your requests.

The cancel button is only available for some solutions. Some suppliers do not allow to cancel even if the delay is over, but be sure we are working on it and we will always try our best to help you cancel a request if the delay is over.

My account | DASHBOARD




This is the Dashboard of your PRO account. You can access it when you are logged in to your account. Very easy to use and clear requests pages including exact different status and unique features. The perfect way to manage your jobs easily! We will explain here how to use in details:

THE MAIN DASHBOARD

  1. Showing the last time you have connected to your account including the IP adress used
  2. View a quick look of what is new on your account since your last visit
  3. View latest updates about your favorite services and tools
  4. View your actual balance on your account
  5. Make a deposit to topup your account
  6. PENDING means your request is currently waiting to be solved. Please refer to the estimated delivery time to know when it should be ready
  7. SOLVED will display all solved requests and jobs done
  8. REFUNDED requests means we could not deliver the service and you got money back for it
  9. VERIFYING allow you to ask us to verify a SOLVED request. Because you estimate it not working and needs to be verified
  10. PENDING CANCEL are the requests which you have asked for cancellation because the delay is over for example
  11. We also including filters to search from different IMEI or serial or anything else the search is universal. You can also select different status to display and different solutions. You can also sort request from certain ID which make it very easy to export
  12. Copy, Export to CSV or PDF all the selected requests

THE CONTENT

This is the main requests information. You can see the service you used, the information about each requests you have sent. Such as IMEI or serial number, Model, Provider, Country, Network and much more (it varies for every tools and services)

  1. This is the price for the request you have paid for it.
  2. The ID (it is always better to communicate this ID to our services in case you need any help)
  3. The category of services used and the color code refering the status of the request.
  4. The date and time you have made this request
  5. The date and time this requests has been updated by our services
  6. The IMEI or SERIAL number of your request
  7. The content of the response (can be unlock codes or any other informations asked)
  8. Leave a feedback for this services! How was it ? Tell us your opinion! We would love to hear from you!
  9. VERIFY a solved request. (Works only on some services) Wrong codes? Service not working? Can be a mistake from supplier. Simply click Verify code and it should be fixed soon.
  10. If a request is not available the reason is displayed here
  11. The estimated delivery time of a request (only available when the request is pending)
  12. Cancel on demand if for some reason (it can happen sometimes) your request is delayed, this means if the delivery time is not respected +3 days. You can ask us to cancel your request and give your credits back. It is very important for us to respect the delay. We always push the suppliers to be even faster. But it is now easy to cancel a request anytime if delay is over. (Require manual cancelation and confirmation from the supplier)

My account | How to submit a request

We made it so easy that everyone can use our services and here for example unlock any mobile phone on the market. This is the main general form that you will use in our site once you are logged with a PRO account. It may sometimes different in few details depending the tools used but it's mostly the same all the time. We will explain here in details how it works.

SOLUTIONS

  1. The image of the service in use
  2. Unit price to make one request for this solution in your selected curency
  3. Delivery time for this service. How long it should take for you to receive the service ordered
  4. You can send BULK requests for mostly all our services. Please submit them ONE per line as much as you want. Imei(s) has to be entered here (15 digits)
  5. Select the phone model in some case (can be other details following the service used)
  6. Enter the email address of your customer and we will send the unlock codes to him directly as soon as it has been calculated. Different field may be requested following each services. Some solutions required serial number, or phone model and brand or any other details. Please complete them all
  7. Enter a note for this phone easy to remember for example the name of your customer and the price. Comments can be used in custom solutions as an extra field. Please read complete description for each service before sending request.
  8. The price you will pay for all request you are going to send will be calculated here. Once you are ready press SEND OUR ORDER submit your requests. You will be automatically redirected to the requests section
  9. The current balance on your account will be shown. If you have a monthly plan activated, remaining requests for this month will appears

  2. The date of the purchase
  3. The quantity ordered
  4. The product ordered
  5. The total amount of your order
  6. The payment method used to pay this order
  7. Click here to confirm a OFFLINE payment such as Bank Transfer or Western Union
  8. Download the invoice (only for paid orders)
  9. Auto-canceled means the payment did not success and you do not have been charged
  10. NOT PAID means you did not pay for this order

Make a deposit and pay with BANK TRANSFER and get credits on your account as soon as money received by our team. Login to your account. Click My account and click Make a deposit

  1. Enter the amount of money you want to deposit to your account
  2. Select Bank Transfer
  3. Check your actual balance
  4. Verify the new balance after you have made the deposit

  3. We will send an email after few hours (usually take from 12 to 36 hours) to your PAYPAL EMAIL account with a confirmation link. YOU MUST CLICK THIS LINK to add credits INSTANTLY on your account
  4. Once you have clicked the link (you can do it only 1 time) credits will be added INSTANTLY to your account
Many users are using different email address on our site and different PAYPAL email address. WE WILL ALWAYS SEND THE CONFIRMATION LINK TO THE PAYPAL EMAIL ADRESS THAT WAS USED TO PAY YOUR ORDER. The invoice will be of course available on your account after payment is received.

If you do not have access to this PAYPAL email address for some reason and you are not the PAYPAL account owner then you must contact the owner and ask to click the link for you. You can also contact us and so we can verify your payment together. If the order is not confirmed after 7 days. The order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

Please be patient, the system is working completely standalone, automatic but for security reasons to protect our customers we need to verify each orders. it will take MAXIMUM 36 HOURS for this process to be completed and sometimes less. Do not start a Paypal dispute before this time else you will be refunded instantly and credits will not be added to your account.
